This research seeks to find out the effects of digital change to migrant labor in Middle Eastern workplaces. This paper discusses the transformation of finding work and the protection of labor rights that will be provided by emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Automation and Digital Platform. Given that being the Middle East minor political economic destination to migrant labor, what technologies are most important for policy making and economic plan bases? The study is within the mixed methodology approach, including literature reviews, surveys, interviews and case studies for the analysis of the benefits and challenges of digitization for migrant workers. This is important because again, digital platforms allow job access to suppress wages, replace jobs and enable the violation of labor rights. It will provide policy makers, business leaders and labor organizations with the conclusions where they can draw strategies to practice fair labor practices in digital converted workplaces. This research also addresses the significance of digital literacy programs and regulation of the digital labor market and what serves as an inclusive but also equitable digital labor market.
