We employ a fully-automatedreconstruction chain capable of identifying EM showers ofO(100) MeV energy, relying on a com-bination of traditional reconstruction techniques together with novel machine-learning approaches. These studies demonstrate good energy resolution, and good agreement between data and simula-tion, relying on the reconstructed invariantπ0mass and other photon distributions for validation. The reconstruction techniques developed are applied to a selection ofνμ+Ar→μ+π0+Xcandidate events to demonstrate the potential for calorimetric separation of photons from electronsand reconstruction ofπ0kinematicsen500 - Science::530 - PhysicsReconstruction and Measurement of \mathcalO(100) MeV Energy Electromagnetic Activity from π⁰ → γγ Decays in the MicroBooNE LArTPCarticle10.48350/15560210.1088/1748-0221/15/02/P02007
