A randomized full factorial trial was used with 16 different conditions (i.e., the combination of all four components, where each component can either be absent (-1) or present (+1), resulting in a 2x2x2x2 design) and N = 464 participants. The study consisted of 4 time points (pre, mid, post, and follow-up), where the participants used the ICBT program (Shyne) for 8 weeks between pre and post. At all time points, different data was collected (in this current data set: SPS, SIAS, SAD diagnosis with the M.I.N.I., PHQ-9, GAD-7, SF-12). The main outcome study is currently under revision: Šipka, D., Lopes, R. C. T., Krieger, T., Klein, J. P., & Berger, T. (2024).
