Degradation and Fragmentation Effects on Structural Complexity in West-African Forest Patches
Options
Project description
Data contains ecological data from 2022 and 2023 in seven forest patches in West Africa (Togo, Benin, Nigeria, and Cameroon).
Spatial data per forest: Area, perimeter, fragmentation index, connectivity.
Spatial data per plot: Longitude/Latitude, distance of plot to forest edge.
Ecological data per plot: stand structural complexity index, canopy openness, tree height, mean tree diameter, mean basal area, number of trees, tree species richness, corrected tree species richness (rarefaction), standard deviation of corrected tree species richness.
