dc.descriptionThe dataset (.csv format) represent all collected values from the experiments. It includes: - Clinical score of the experimental animals - Colony-forming units of Streptococcus pneumoniae on blood agar plates from different tissue samples - Image analysis of brain slices or primary neurons. All data were collected by the application of image J, counting of dendritic spines was perfomed by double blinded observed. Dendritic counbting was automatically performed by the BAR plugin of ImageJ. - FRAP analysis of neurons, transduced with EGFP and mechanically deformed As an additional Zip archive, we add all brain slice impregnation scans with their coding and a key to animals, groups, etc. in a TXT file.en
