Project description
This dataset include three subsets: (1) the raw data; (2) the script used to calibrate raw data and calculate the key relevant data for the manuscript, e.g. shear stress; and (3) the calibrated data. Data presented in the manuscript is all from the (3) subsets.
Each experiment has one folder. Within a folder, three files can be found. Take experiment u910 as an example: file 'u190GROB-923' is the raw data; 'u910_r' is the script; and 'u910_all' is the (3) calibrated data.
For details in terms of data processing, please refer Neimeijer et al., 2016, or Zhan et al., 2024.
