Data and analysis of "Eyes still Move when the Mind Is Blind: Content-Related Eye Movements During Mental Imagery in Aphantasia"

The folders in this repository contain files with raw-data, stimuli and analysis files. A graphical overview over the entire repository is in “overview_files.png”. Please also see the "README" file for more information.
To replicate the analysis/results, run first Data_preparation.Rmd (with a look into CheckEyeData.qmd if you are curious) and then run MS_4_submission.Rmd. In each .Rmd file, you need to first set the path correctly to the directory where you downloaded this folder. The rest of the scripts should only contain relative paths.
If you want to re-fit all models (will take some time, depending on your computer!), you have to delete or move all .rds-files in the sub-folders of processed_data/models/. If you don’t do this, MS_4_submission.Rmd will load the models and not refit them.
