Values represent as follows: for swelling - calcein AM fluorescence intensity, inversely normalized to timepoint 0 (increase indicates swelling); Fura-2 - ratio between the fluorescence of both dye fractions (calcium-sensitive and reference), indicating increase in intracellular calcium; DiBac4(3) - normalized (to timepoint 0) fluorescence intensity of the membrane potential-sensitive dye, indicating decreased potential with fluorescent increase; exosome release (Exosomes) - rough count per an image window. - Permeability test dynasore.csv - Propidium iodide-based permeability assay after pneumolysin challenge with and without endocytosis inhibition by dynasore. DAPI values represent total number of cells per a field. PI (propidium iodide) data - values with subtracted timepoint 0, secondarily calculated in percentage sung the DAPI total number of cells.
